This is a part-time, entry-level Developer position (not a temporary internship). We're looking for someone with 0-3 years of experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their skills.
A big benefit of this role is the 1-on-1 mentorship. Our lead developer and co-founder will be personally coaching you. You won't be just closing tickets; you'll be learning how to build, deploy, and scale real-world applications from start to finish. It's an ideal "apprenticeship" role. A bonus is an entrepreneurial-spirited developer who may want to build and deploy their own apps.
We're looking for 15-20 hours per week and could be more if you are interested. The schedule is 100% flexible to work around other commitments. We are based in Philadelphia but work can be done remotely.
The rate is $2,400 - $4,000/month (as a 1099 contractor), depending on experience.

We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in React and JavaScript. Ideally a full-stack developer who understands the full pipeline. We don't expect you to know our full stack on day one. Our stack is modern (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel), and we're excited to teach it to someone with a strong passion for learning.
